Placing
an Order

Valid prescription orders can be sent to our pharmacy
in three ways:

A physician or nurse can call or fax the prescription to us:

A physician or nurse can electronically transmit the prescription through their Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to us:

please fill the appropriate Enrollment form and Fax to us.

To expedite the processing of an order that might require
a Prior Authorization we recommend that a disease specific Enrollment Form
be completed and forwarded with the prescription(s).
So that our reimbursement counselors have ample time
to complete a comprehensive review of a patient’s insurance coverage, fully exhaust
all possibilities for reimbursement and confirm all necessary insurance paperwork,
we suggest that a prescription be submitted as soon as it is available.
